About The Talent Development Advantage
The Talent Development Advantage (TDA) is a community of HR, Learning and Human Capital Leaders focused on talent development through shared intellectual capital, peer networking and collaboration.
For over 10 years the Human Capital and Learning Symposium event has been a trusted and rewarding event for accounting industry professionals. Rebecca Ryan
Rebecca Ryan is the founder and evangelist-in-residence of Next Generation Consulting (NGC). As their top-requested speaker, she is described as a human sparkplug who motivates and informs on how to prepare for next generation issues at work, in communities, and beyond.
Since 1998, NGC has conducted interviews, focus groups and surveys with over 40,000 young professionals. With this wealth of insight, Rebecca wrote Live First, Work Second: Getting Inside the Head of the Next Generation.
She's a former professional basketball player and has also received the following accolades:

Cancellations / Refunds: Full refunds will be issued if written cancellation requests are received 60 days prior to the conference date. Refunds, less an administration fee of $200, will be issued on written requests received before 45 days prior to the conference date. Due to financial obligations incurred, no refunds will be issued on cancellation requests received 30 days or less prior to the conference date. Program "no shows" forfeit their entire registration fee. Substitutions are accepted and welcome.
