Gary Boomer is the CEO of Boomer Consulting, Inc., an organization that provides strategic planning and consulting services to the leading firms in the accounting industry. Boomer strategies provide a transformation roadmap; team building and excellence while helping you make more money, attract quality people and grow your business. Prior to the development of the company, Gary was a partner at the regional CPA firm of Varney & Associates.
Sandra L. Wiley
Sandra Wiley is COO and Senior Consultant with Boomer Consulting, Inc. She is a certified Kolbe™ trainer and assists clients in building teams, managing employee conflict and hiring staff.
Kenneth M. McCall
Kenneth M. McCall is a Senior Consultant at Boomer Consulting, Inc., an organization devoted to the application of computer technology and management consulting.
Jim Boomer
Jim Boomer is CIO and Senior Consultant with Boomer Consulting, Inc. His responsibilities include the Performance3 Management Program™, the Boomer Technology Circles™, strategic technology consulting, and internal project management. He also manages the internal technology team at Boomer Consulting, Inc. including development efforts for the Boomer Knowledge Network™.

Eric Benson is the Director of Interactive Communications at Boomer Consulting, Inc. Joining the Boomer team in June of 2005, Eric is responsible for creating innovative channels to communicate with members of the Boomer Community.

Eric Hunt is the Director of Client Relations for the consulting firm of Boomer Consulting, Inc. located in Manhattan, Kansas. He works extensively in the area of sales support and development. His areas of responsibility include the Boomer Technology Circles™, client services, and the implementation of the Boomer Consulting, Inc. marketing initiatives.

Sue A. Thiemann is the Director of Conference Planning for Boomer Consulting, Inc.. Sue focuses her unique abilities to lay the groundwork for BCI's many annual events.

Andrew Hanenkamp is the Interaction Developer with Boomer Consulting, Inc. He joined Boomer in March of 2006 to head internal software development projects, specifically the latest revision to the Boomer web site.

Doug Donald is the Publications Editor & Media Coordinator for Boomer Consulting, Inc. In this role he oversees all publications, including numerous articles published in state and national publications as well as the popular Boomer Advantage Guides.
