Team Biographies


Dinah Tilley

Dinah Tilley is Business Development Assistant for Boomer Consulting, Inc. She joined the Boomer team in April, 2007 to help manage the ongoing growth of the Boomer Technology Circles™ and the Performance3™ Management Program.

Dinah's primary role is to assist the Director of Client Relations in servicing BCI's ever-expanding client base.

Dinah previously worked in the Sales Training Department of Kansas Farm Bureau Services for nearly 18 years. Her primary responsibilities as Sales Training Specialist were to coordinate, develop and conduct training sessions for the Bureau’s insurance sales force as well as other licensed personnel across the state of Kansas. Among Dinah’s accomplishments is independently developing and conducting a one-on-one training course to equip new personnel with the tools and know-how to get a fast start in their insurance careers.

Dinah has been highly lauded for her ability to foster strong client relationships along with providing excellent support for her co-workers. She has been named to the Kansas Farm Bureau Diplomat Program, elected to the Kansas Farm Bureau Employees Credit Union Board of Directors and served as President, Secretary, and Chairman of the Credit Committee.

Outside of the office, Dinah enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors with her pets and watching athletics of all kinds with her husband Andy.
