Scott Morrill

Scott is, in essence, an interpreter.  His primary role is to take the specialized knowledge developed by Boomer Consulting, Inc. and repackage it as articles, videos and other forms of multimedia for Boomer.com, newsletters, and various state society and national accounting publications to which we contribute.  He also researches many of the newest and best practices of the industry and conducts interviews with the firms that are achieving success.  

Scott comes to us after spending the previous seven years as a work-from-home Dad.  During this time he served primarily as operation manager for a small, family-owned chain of retail stores, but he also worked several part-time and contract jobs involving website development and video production.  Prior to the birth of his first child in 1999, Scott served for six years as Executive Director of Manhattan Main Street, an agency charged with the restoration of historic commercial districts.  Scott earned an A.A. degree from York (NE) College and attended Kansas State University, majoring in Business Administration and Journalism.
