Sue Thiemann
Sue A. Thiemann is the Director of Conference Planning for Boomer Consulting, Inc.. Sue focuses her unique abilities to lay the groundwork for BCI's many annual events. Prior to joining Boomer Consulting, she was a commercial underwriter for Utica National Insurance Group and Farm Bureau Insurance Company, Inc. in Manhattan, Kansas where she worked closely with professional agents to ensure quality client reporting.
Sue has 13 years of “agent care” experience in the insurance services industry in the areas of commercial underwriting and certificates of insurance. She independently developed an insurance reference manual for state and national trucking authority certificates that was used by underwriters to make decisions quickly and independently. She also has 5 years experience in the financial services field as a customer service rep prior to moving to Manhattan.
Sue has completed the INS Insurance Course of America independent study, Lotus 1-2-3, Advanced Bookkeeping, Access and Desktop Publishing courses through Manhattan Area Technical College. She was a member the Farm Bureau Toastmaster Club where she earned the designation of CTM (Competent Toastmaster).
