"We're headed towards a massive transition in leadership and employment in CPA firms across the country and if we look at succession planning some have already transitioned, some are currently in process of planning, and others haven’t done anything. But as I travel around the country and talk to many firms I notice that tensions are very high..."
"So if you have customers that are starting to move and you’re seeing open work space, collaborative leadership, they’re handing over the reins in different ways...the question is, if you don't shift what will happen to that customer as they think about you?"
