Jessica Utley is Director of Human Resources for Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain, PC (LBMC), the largest regional CPA and professional services firm in Tennessee as well as the LBMC Family of Companies. Jessica oversees the day-to-day operations and creating the overall strategy of human resources for LBMC’s six additional affiliated companies. Her duties include recruitment, onboarding, employee retention, overall employee satisfaction, performance management processes, guiding the LBMC, PC coaching program and serving on the steering committee of LBMC WIN (Women’s Initiative Network).
