Share Your "Tip of the Day"

Everyone in your firm has a wealth of knowledge that could be shared with others. When a new hire joins your staff, a great way to help them get acclimated to your firm's established policies and procedures is by sharing a "tip of the day". This can be a fun and enjoyable way to get acquainted and build relationships without overloading the new person with to much information.

These "tips of the day", can be anything from adding a new contact to the firm database, to sharing the procedure for adding a reoccurring project to the birthdays or special events of fellow associates. Helping a new staff member become confident and self assured in their job can be fun and rewarding.

Likewise, a new staff member has skills and knowledge that could be beneficial to you. Ask for their feedback often, so you may also learn and grow from this new experience.
