The Staffing Forum: A Presentation of The Advisory Board
There is no question that the most pressing and most important topic in todays accounting industry is finding and keeping great people. Firms are fighting over employees, doing whatever they can to hire qualified people and trying desperately to find new and creative ways to keep current staff members happy. This is why we have created THE STAFFING FORUM as a dynamic gathering of both noted experts in the field and experienced professionals in the industry to assist Managing Partners, Firm Administrators and Human Resource Professionals in this constant battle.
Starting with Steve Lundin, author of the Fish series of books, we plan to set the tone as a lively, interactive event focused on helping our attendees shape their corporate culture, create a human resources plan, improve their existing recruiting activities, hire smarter and much more. As a collaborative effort between The Advisory Board and the AICPA, we expect a broad range of firms from across the United States and an attendance in excess of 200 decision makers.
