Performance3™ Management is specifically designed to create an environment where each participant will be challenged to learn new skills that will improve his or her ability to manage the functions of planning, people and processes.
This program is split into two, 1½ day onsite sessions at Kansas City, followed up with two coaching calls to track progress and address the needs of our class attendees. This format propels managers into a dynamic dialog with peers to address similar issues, with mentoring from a personal Coach who will increase your effectiveness in the firm.
