She has gained the respect of her team members, many of whom have been with the firm for 15-20 years. She maintains a very good work/life balance with two young children and proves daily that she is a model of what future leaders will look like.

"Our profession needs strong leaders, and innovative firms, more than ever” said Sandra Wiley, COO of Boomer Consulting, Inc. "I’m thrilled to recognize the hard work and dedication each of these award winners have shown.”

The winners were chosen by a Boomer Consulting, Inc. selection committee along with nominations provided by members of the Boomer Technology Circles.

These firms and individuals were honored at the 2014 Boomer Technology Circles Summit on August 18-19, 2014 in Kansas City, MO. The event brought together firm leaders, technology professionals and emerging leaders with a focus on bridging the gap between technology, firm management and the profession’s next generation.
