The Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters has announced new integration between GoSystem Tax RS web-based tax preparation software and Intacct’s web-based accounting software. GoSystem Tax RS users can now quickly synchronize data between the two applications, including charts of accounts, trial balances, transaction details and more.
Scott Fleszar, senior director of Strategic Marketing for the Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters, said the new integration builds an integrated tax workflow between the firm and its clients using Intacct.
"Ever since GoSystem Tax launched as the first completely web-based tax preparation system for tax and accounting firms, it has offered a higher level of integration,” Fleszar said. "This new integration is just the latest in streamlining tax preparation by focusing on different aspects of the overall process and leveraging the efficiency of the web.”
Fleszar said the new link between GoSystem Tax RS and Intacct is a good example of how web-based software becomes exponentially more powerful as a greater number of hosted applications become integrated.
The premier choice for enterprise tax professionals, GoSystem Tax RS is the tax software of choice at 9 of the top 10 firms in the country. It standardizes tax preparation work in a secure online environment and can be scaled up or down as business needs dictate.
