About the Boomer Technology Circles™

This new form of one-to-many consulting and peer group interaction brought dynamic education, widespread networking and continuous accountability. Starting from just one circle for a group of 10 firms, the program has now grown to multiple Circles, each capable of servicing up to about 25 firms. Circles are formed with an eye to firm size, geographic area of competition, and technical prowness. Firms are typically grouped together based on the following catagories:

  • $3 to $10 million annual revenue, 35 to 50 FTE
  • $10 to $30 million revenue, 50 to 250 FTE
  • $30 to $500 million revenue, 200+ FTE

The Summer meetings are in conjunction with the Boomer Technology Circles™ Summit which provides an opportunity for all Circles to meet over the course of the same three days, with some shared sessions and networking opportunities.
