Bridging The Gap as an Emerging Leader

Building the bridge between current leaders and emerging leaders is the key to succession in firms today and is a strategic focus at Boomer Consulting. As the importance of developing emerging leaders into the leaders of the future increases in the profession today, the value of core leadership skills, stepping up to lead and identifying leadership skills is imperative to the health of the firm of the future. We want to honor an emerging leader that is really standing out and helping to bridge the gap for firm succession.
We would like to ask for your help in identifying an outstanding Emerging Leader in your firm. Please take a moment and nominate someone in your firm, who is an outstanding emerging leader and is in a position where they are bridging the gap in future leadership.
The ideal candidate for the Bridging the Gap as an Emerging Leader Award will display the following traits and characteristics at their firm:
- They have led a project in the firm. This project should be one that has made a difference in the firm shows they can manage people and action plans.
- They have a strong relationship with the current leaders of the firm and are highly respected.
- They act as a positive leader in the firm and are seen as a leader by their peers.
- They are consistently scanning the environment for new/innovative tools to accelerate progress toward achieving firm goals
Award nominations can be submitted now through August 1,
The winner will be announced at the Boomer Technology Circle Summit – August 14-17, 2016.
