Talent Development Project of the Year
Building that bridge between HR / Learning and Firm
Management has always been a key focus at Boomer Consulting. With the need to link business management and
Talent Development strategies in your firm, the ideas and projects that come
from this need to bridge the gap are vital game changers to a firm. They are often the difference between moving
forward into the future and getting left behind.
We would like to ask for your help in identifying what those
projects are. Please take a moment and nominate a project from your firm that
you feel is bridging the gap between HR / Learning and Firm Management.
The ideal project for the Bridging the Gap in Talent
Development Award – Project of the Year will meet the following criteria:
- Project leverages human capital to accelerate the achievement of the firm's vision and goals
- IT & HR/Learning worked collaboratively to plan and implement the project
- The project was implemented within the last 12 months
Award nominations can be submitted now through August 2,
The winner will be announced at the Boomer Technology Circle Summit and Talent Development Advantage Monday Night
Event – August 19, 2013, at 6 pm.
