Breaking the Cubicle Culture

With more employees working remotely at client sites and at home in alternative work arrangements, firms need to leverage the tools available today to create a seamless work environment. Recognizing success in an environment where workers are not tethered to an office is dependent on creating a culture that supports this new model and leveraging technology to maintain open lines of communication and increase efficiency. In addition, as firms transition to cloud computing solutions the role of the IT professional will change. This session will set you up for success as your firm extends its boundaries beyond the office walls.

Session #3 – The Changing Role of the IT Leader (Jim Boomer)

As more and more of the technology infrastructure moves to the cloud, the role of the IT leader will need to change. Will there be a role in a firm without servers? Yes, but it will be different from what we are used to. This session will cover:
