Eric Hunt

Eric Hunt served as a Senior Business Development Specialist for Boomer Consulting, Inc. from 2003 to 2014. Eric was responsible for the execution of strategic business development goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Eric's primary focus was on the expansion of Boomer Consulting's major service communities and consulting services.


Eric anticipates future challenges with an eye open for possibilities. He is adept at formulating a "big picture" view and does not allow himself to get swallowed by details. Eric is eager to take on each day and views emerging challenges with a sense of adventure. Before moving ahead on any project, however, he will consider the relevant facts and realign objectives when necessary. Eric is a highly innovative thinker and will promote multiple alternatives while always following through with a sense of urgency.

Unique Abilities

Eric is especially gifted in understanding and relating to people of all types and personalities. He maintains a positive outlook, injecting a sense of humor and warmth while offering honest feedback and a realistic attitude. As such, he is especially suited for his role as Director of Client Relations. Eric also is adept at determining the root cause of many day to day challenges and can process information in a way that results in timely solutions.

Other Roles

Eric served as an adviser for many firm initiatives, including strategic planning, marketing and technology. He also offered timely advice as a blogger authoring posts about business development, sales training and enhancing client relationships. His writing has been published by state accounting societies across the U.S. as well as the Boomer Bulletin, which reaches a monthly audience of over 10,000.

Prior to joining Boomer Consulting in 2003, Eric served the Management Development program with the Target Corporation for four years. In this role he was responsible for team building, store management and process improvement initiatives. He was recognized in this role for his ability to develop highly functional, productive and diverse teams while meeting sales objectives and building customer loyalty.
