Project Management for CPA Firms

Our Project Management for CPA Firms program has been built around helping in-charges better manage the four competing priorities at their levels - managing up to partners, managing down to their team, managing out to the client, and managing their own workload. Each of the four modules is part presentation, part learning tools and strategies, and part small group discussion to learn and practice.

Project Management for CPA Firms objectives are to:

  • Educate seniors, supervisors and managers on key project management and engagement management best practices for Audit, Tax and Accounting projects.

  • Develop an awareness and understanding of the four key stakeholders for mid-level practitioners in CPA firms - staff, partners, clients, and workflow.

  • Learn effective techniques to manage each of the four key stakeholders.

  • Learn individual time management tips and tricks to stay in control of multiple and competing priorities.

The Project Management Training for CPA Firms is a day and a half training session where we meet as a group and work through the modules.
