Conference Overview

The 2016 Boomer Technology Circles™ (BTC) Summit will bring together the entire network of BTC firms for one dynamic event.

The only event of its kind for the accounting industry, the yearly BTC Summit extends the networks of high performance firms as they interact with one another and discover value-added solutions from the industry's best providers.

As a Sponsor or Exhibitor, you will connect with top level accounting firm technology professionals, partners and human capital leaders seeking new technologies and solutions that will enhance their firm initiatives and better serve their clients.  The conference will expose you to the specific wants and needs of your target market in an intimate setting, allowing you to tailor your message and maximize your organization’s visibility.

The conference includes a combination of large general sessions as well as breakout sessions. The audience of around 250 attendees will have planned times to visit the sponsor and exhibitor displays before the sessions, during breaks and during the social events.

Exhibit Space Details

Your exhibit space will be in the exhibit hall and common area where the breakfast, lunch and social hour will take place or directly outside of it. The exhibit area will be an informal layout around the perimeter of the room, therefore booths are not separated by pipe and drape, and all back up to outside walls. Provided is (1) 6' skirted table, (2) chairs, (1) power strip to each table, (1) trash can, and house lighting. The recommended display type would be a table top display booth. However, if you would prefer to bring your stand-alone floor booth, please keep the width to a maximum of 10'. Wireless internet is provided in the exhibit hall at no additional cost. Wired internet connectivity is available for an extra fee.
