A letter from Gary
Over the past 20 years, I have worked with hundreds of professional services firms, gaining a tremendous amount of wisdom by studying why some firms are moving forward and others are falling behind.
As I gathered the insights, the lessons learned and the solutions administered; a thought hit me almost like an epiphany. I have developed a formula for firms to use that will take them through three distinct stages of growth by using three elements that every firm is grappling with today. Thus was born my new book Performance3: Planning x People x Process.
