• Effectively communicates with IT to align the firmvision with IT strategy

• Incorporates IT leadership in the planning of the overall firmvision

• Acts as champion to provide IT the resources necessary to accelerate progress toward achieving firm goals

The ideal candidate for the Bridging the Talent Initiative Award will display the following traits and characteristics at their firm:

• Effectively communicates with firm leaders to align human resources and firm strategy

• Actively participates in setting the strategic course for the overall firm vision

• Acts as a champion to provide employees the resources necessary to accelerate process towards achieving the firm’s goals.

The ideal candidate for the Bridging the Gap in Technology Award will display the following traits and characteristics at their firm:

• Effectively communicates with firm leadership to align the firm vision with IT strategy

• Actively participates in setting the strategic course for the overall firm vision

• Consistently scanning the environment for new/innovative tools to accelerate progress toward achieving firm goals

Bridging the Gap - IT / Firm Management Project of the Year Award

 

The ideal project for the Bridging the Gap in IT / Firm Management Award – Project of the Year Award will meet the following criteria:

​

• Project leverages technology to accelerate the achievement of the firm's vision and goals

• IT & Firm Management worked collaboratively to plan and implement the project

• The project was implemented within the last 12 months

​
