Building the bridge between talent development and firm strategy is more important than ever and is a strategic focus at Boomer Consulting. While it is important to have the right leaders and team members in the right positions, it is just as important to ensure your employees are adequately supported to achieve the firm’s goals. A Talent Leader who exhibits true leadership and aligns "human" strategy to "firm" strategy is imperative to the health of the firm of the future.
We want to honor a Talent Leader who has developed and launched a unique initiative within the firm. The initiative they launched has helped in bridging the gap between human resources and firm strategy at the highest level. Please take a moment and nominate someone in a Talent Leadership role that you feel is bridging the gap by aligning human resources and firm strategy.
The ideal candidate for the Bridging the Talent Initiative Award will display the following traits and characteristics at their firm:
Effectively communicates with firm leaders to align human resources and firm strategy
Actively participates in setting the strategic course for the overall firm vision
Acts as a champion to provide employees the resources necessary to accelerate process towards achieving the firm’s goals.
Award nominations can be submitted now through July 19, 2019.
The winner will be announced at the Boomer Technology Circle Summit – August 11 - 14, 2019.
