As a Project Coordinator for Boomer Consulting, Inc., Kye is is excited to be part of a company that is making change happen. Her primary focus is assisting with Boomer Consulting’s Training programs and supporting, planning and executing projects.
Before joining Boomer Consulting, Inc., Kye worked as a Project Coordinator for an AV company. She also has a background in property management.

Kye is excellent in situations that require strategic organization of information. She sets priorities and puts them into appropriate sequences. Her talent with both strategies and tactics makes her essential to any massive effort.
Unique Abilities
Kye’s forte is combining her Fact Finder sense of history with her Follow Thru talent for seeing themes. She uses the greatest amount of energy figuring out the background of a problem and the steps necessary to solve it. That firmly establishes a path that requires the contribution of her other conative strengths to accomplish her best work.
Personal
Kye lives in Olathe, Kansas and has two daughters, but as the oldest of six siblings, feels like another mother to many more. She is originally from Chicago, Illinois but has also lived in Houston and Maryland. She is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and also dabbles in web development. Outside of work, Kye enjoys visiting art galleries, live music and experiencing new places.
