The Boomer Circle Communities are Going International
The Boomer Consulting Circle communities have been bringing together accounting firm leaders and helping firms perform at a higher level in the US since 1999. We’re excited to be expanding across the pond to bring the same power of a peer network to the UK.
The Boomer Advantage UK Circle kicks off November 30, 2017, at the Hilton London Tower Bridge in London, UK. Here’s a peek at what’s on the agenda for our inaugural meeting:
An overview of the Envision Process and how it binds project teams with a shared vision, helping them communicate their goals and business objectives with clarity and context
Leadership, technology, growth, process, and talent trends within accountancy firms
Opportunities to network and learn from other firm and technology leaders in a trusted, non-competitive environment
Access to top experts and solutions providers that are dedicated to helping you and your firm make smarter decisions
Our Boomer Advantage UK Circle will consist of partners, technology leaders, operations leaders, supervisors, and managers from some of the UK’s top accountancy firms.
The UK circles are targeted at Top 150 firms in the UK. But consultant Brian Coventry says, “It’s not really just about size, it’s more about those firms that have the mindset, that want to progress their firms, grow their firms and enhance their firms in the areas that the Boomer Advantage program affords them.”
The Boomer Advantage is five areas critical to a firm’s success: Leadership, Technology, Growth, Process and Talent. Without clear alignment and strategies for these five areas, a firm’s growth and its ability to adapt to client needs will be restricted.
