ALPHARETTA, Georgia (November 19, 2018)- CONARC, a leading provider of document management solutions, has appointed Meredith Jolly to serve as CEO and lead a wave of changes designed to improve user experience. An entrepreneur and consultant with a reputation for managing growth, Jolly’s record of fostering development and maintaining client relationships positions Conarc to offer best-in-class value to businesses worldwide.
“Meredith is the perfect fit for Conarc,” observes Lewis Talbert of ESW Capital, Conarc’s Managing Partner. “She has years of experience running software companies and managing a rapidly-paced custom development environment.”
Jolly has deep roots in the Atlanta tech community. She earned her BA in Economics and Mathematics from Agnes Scott College and an MBA from Georgia State University’s Mack Robinson College of Business. She worked her way up through the ranks at FMSI, a software company supporting financial services firms worldwide, and she was the President/COO of the company when the organization was sold to Kronos, Inc. in 2017. Later that year, she established her own consulting firm before taking the helm of Conarc in June 2018.
As the company’s first female CEO, Jolly promises a tenure marked by adaptation and expansion. To ensure that users continue to have the support they need for enhanced services, Conarc recently doubled the size of its development team. Since Jolly’s arrival in June, she has created a Product Owner/Manager role and added 8 development resources. In order to ensure those resources are used with maximum efficiency, Conarc has embraced a true Agile process. The first several sprints have shown considerable sprint-over-sprint growth in managing story points (a standard measure of development complexity). For instance, story point completion within a given sprint is averaging 61% growth in story points. This growth is reflective of the team’s rapid grasp of knowledge transfer and execution of the planned work.
“When I started at Conarc, my goal was to be intellectually curious about everything,” she remarks. “I’ve found that our team wants to be the best Enterprise Content Management system for every customer. That kind of enthusiasm and support has lead us to significantly increase development and customization. No two instances of iChannel will be the same—it’s all about our customer’s data intelligence needs.”
Chief Revenue Officer, Michael Bone, lauded Jolly’s rapid transformation of iChannel offerings. “She has already made major headway into developing improvements to the product as well as completing custom integrations that our clients have been requesting for years. It is exciting to see our products and services advance at such a fast pace.”
More exciting changes are on the horizon, including a makeover of iChannel’s iconic logo and a new look for Conarc. This rebranding will symbolize both the firm’s enduring commitment to its clients and the exciting developments Jolly has initiated.
