Team

As the Operations Strategist for Boomer Consulting, Inc., Jacqueline specializes in driving organizational growth and cultivating internal excellence in diverse areas, including human resources, performance management, training and development, compliance, recruiting and intellectual property protection. 

​

In addition, Jacqueline works closely with leadership to evaluate and implement business processes and create a company culture that ensures each team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. This effort includes supporting our Allyship for Diversity commitment at BCI, which seeks to strengthen diversity, equity and inclusion within Boomer Consulting and the accounting profession. Jacqueline also works on the strategy and development of our eLearning initiatives.

Before joining our team, Jacqueline managed operations for a car rental branch, profitability, business development, account retention, customer satisfaction, cost control and employee development. She was honored multiple times for her branch’s sales performance.

Jacqueline is a natural planner and strategic thinker. She is a skillful researcher who works endlessly in translating knowledge into strategy while ensuring the highest quality of work. Jacqueline manages multiple projects by relying on her attention to detail and developing specific action plans to accomplish objectives.

Unique Abilities

Jacqueline is an exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing. Having traveled around the world, Jacqueline is able to adapt and be more flexible in the workplace. It has allowed her to better understand nonverbal communications and build relationships with solid interpersonal skills. Jacqueline has a unique capability to be a flexible team player who thrives in environments that require effectively prioritizing and juggling multiple concurrent projects.

Personal 

​

Jacqueline received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law & Society, accompanied by a minor in Political Science and Forensic Science from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. After graduating from Purdue, Jacqueline received her Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania and her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from The Ohio State University. She is also a Kolbe Certified Consultant. Jacqueline lives with her husband, Joe, in Lodi, California. She enjoys traveling, camping, hiking and living in wine country.
