As the Operations Manager at Boomer Consulting, Inc., Jacqueline, SHRM-SCP, champions strategic initiatives that enhance client service, streamline internal processes and support long-term retention through high-quality delivery. She oversees Human Resources, partnering closely with firm leadership to align people strategy with business goals. Her work centers on employee engagement, talent development and effective policy implementation that supports sustainable organizational growth.

In addition to her operational and HR leadership, Jacqueline co-facilitates the Boomer Talent Circle and the Boomer CAAS Circle, peer communities designed to help firm leaders strengthen their people strategy and advisory capabilities. She also plays a key role in content strategy and development, translating complex concepts into practical tools that drive real-world application for accounting firms.

With a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, and certifications as a Kolbe Consultant and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Jacqueline brings clarity to complexity and helps teams turn vision into execution. Her expertise lies in aligning diverse work styles, bridging communication gaps between strategic thinkers and detail-driven professionals and designing learning experiences that lead to lasting behavior change.

Known for her creative and engaging facilitation style, Jacqueline energizes meetings and workshops with approaches that spark participation and fresh thinking.
