As the Client Service Coordinator at Boomer Consulting, Inc., Brandon Lazo ensures seamless onsite experiences and supports multiple Boomer Circles. From meeting prep and hospitality to sponsor logistics and Summit coordination, he helps create smooth, professional, and engaging experiences for clients, members, and partners.

Brandon is passionate about contributing to the success and growth of Boomer Consulting. He brings a collaborative spirit and is excited to share new ideas, learn more about the firm’s work and support the team in delivering meaningful experiences for members and guests.

Before joining Boomer Consulting, Inc., Brandon was an Operations Specialist for the Miami Downtown Development Authority in Miami, Florida.

When free to use his strengths, Brandon starts the problem-solving process by fact-checking and determining practical and appropriate priorities. Next, he creates a plan of attack. Then, he checks the strengths and durability of available materials. Finally, Brandon advocates for what needs to stay the same.

He uses the greatest amount of his energy figuring out the background of a problem and the steps necessary to solve it. Originally from Miami, Florida, Brandon recently relocated to North Kansas City to be with his girlfriend. They have a schnauzer, Mateo. Outside of work, he enjoys running, playing guitar, singing, traveling, and listening to country music.
