As the Operations Manager at Boomer Consulting, Inc., ​Jacqueline champions strategic initiatives to enhance client service, streamline processes and support retention through high-quality delivery. Jacqueline oversees Human Resources, collaborating closely with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals. She drives employee engagement, talent development and effective policy implementation to support organizational growth.

Additionally, Jacqueline co-facilitates the Boomer Talent Circle and the Boomer CAAS Circle—peer communities that help firm leaders strengthen their people strategy and advisory services. She also leads content strategy, development and intellectual property protection for the Boomer Knowledge Network (BKN), a digital platform dedicated to enhancing learning opportunities within the accounting profession.

With a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and certifications as both a Kolbe Consultant and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Jacqueline brings clarity to complex topics and helps teams translate vision into executable strategies. Her expertise lies in aligning diverse work styles, bridging communication gaps between high-level thinkers and detail-driven professionals and designing learning experiences that actually stick.
