Team

 

As a Project Manager for Boomer Consulting, Inc., Jacqueline plans, executes and manages the people, resources and scope of many of our firm’s projects, programs and events. Her primary focus is on managing projects for IT Consulting, Strategic Planning and Talent Consulting. In addition, Jacqueline works closely with leadership to oversee the company’s human resources by managing hiring, onboarding, training and development and overseeing our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). She also supports our Allyship for Diversity commitment at BCI, which seeks to strengthen diversity, equity and inclusion within Boomer Consulting and the accounting profession. Jacqueline also works on the strategy and development of our eLearning initiatives.  

Before joining our team, Jacqueline oversaw a car rental branch. She was responsible for all branch operations, including growth, profitability, business development, account retention, customer satisfaction, cost control, employee training and development. She was named to Elite Club multiple times for top sales performance and top branch performance.

Jacqueline is a natural planner and strategic thinker. She is a skillful researcher who works endlessly in translating knowledge into strategy while ensuring the highest quality of work. Jacqueline manages multiple projects by relying on her attention to detail and developing specific action plans to accomplish objectives.

Unique Abilities

 

Jacqueline is an exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing. Having traveled around the world, Jacqueline is able to adapt and be more flexible in the workplace. It has allowed her to better understand nonverbal communications and build relationships with solid interpersonal skills. Jacqueline has a unique capability to be a flexible team player who thrives in environments that require effectively prioritizing and juggling multiple concurrent projects. 

Personal

 

Jacqueline received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law and Society, accompanied by a minor in Political Science and Forensic Science from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. After graduating from Purdue, Jacqueline received her Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania and her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from The Ohio State University. Currently, Jacqueline lives in Lodi, California, with her husband, Joe. She enjoys traveling, camping, hiking and living in wine country.
