The Specialty Tax Circle


The Specialty Tax Circle will provide content from Engineered Tax Services, Boomer Consulting and other resources via meetings, webinars and The Boomer Knowledge Network (a digital community of purpose driven peers). The context of the Boomer process is the key to your success. The context includes planning, people, processes and accountability. This program will leverage technical, IT and business development skills.

Program Highlights

The Circle will assist member firms improve growth and profitability by leveraging services associated with specialty tax and energy. This will be done by:

  • Developing Best Practices amongst exclusive regional CPA Leaders nationally to generate significant specialty tax revenue
  • Developing a long term community of the leading CPAs in the industry who manage the profitability and resources related to specialty tax
  • Bridging the gap between compliance, risk and tax related consulting services
  • Discussing successful case study strategies
  • Delivering new client services driven by specialty tax and energy credits
  • Allowing regional members to be the Regional Experts in Specialty Tax Services through Circle Best Practices Leadership
  • Assisting in the naming, packaging and pricing of those services
  • Developing an internal Action Plan for CPA members to assure firm’s success in the profitability of this investment
  • Assisting in the development of the delivery team based upon the required unique abilities
  • Assisting with change management efforts in today’s pull (resources) economy
  • Reviewing CPA firm goals / results individually and collectively through Benchmarking Results
  • Leveraging existing national relationships to drive and develop new business opportunities and revenue
