We’re excited to announce the launch of our new podcast, The Boomer Briefing!!
Each episode of The Boomer Briefing will treat you to an in-depth conversation between some of the top thought-leaders in the accounting profession who provide consulting services to hundreds of the highest performing CPA firms.
Episodes will include discussions designed to help you solve critical business issues in 20 minutes or less. Our topics span the latest in accounting news and feature interviews with industry leaders to provide listeners with key takeaways and actionable advice for growing their firms. Topics will touch on the five areas critical to a CPA firm’s success: leadership, talent, technology, process and growth. By providing strategies in each of these five areas, we hope to point you in the right direction as you plan for success and prepare for the future.
The first episode, which dropped on Tuesday, October 27, features a conversation between host Jon Hubbard, Director at Boomer Consulting, and Gary Boomer, founder, visionary, strategist and “dot connector” of Boomer Consulting. They discuss how to think about your business model, adding value in today’s environment, pricing strategy, client filtering, prioritizing a business development “quarterback,” disrupting to be innovative, thinking like a startup and more.
You can listen to that episode and catch new episodes every Tuesday at boomer.com/podcast or on Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, Google Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher and more. If you prefer video over audio, you can also watch episodes at boomer.com/insights-videos.
We hope you’ll tune in and, if you like what you hear, we’d be incredibly thankful if you would help us spread the word by subscribing, sharing with your colleagues, and leaving us a five-star review.
We’d also love to get your input on topics for future episodes. Drop us your thoughts at email@example.com. Thank you for listening!
