BCI Leaders Once Again Recognized with the "25 Most Powerful Women Award" by AICPA and CPA Practice

Boomer Consulting, Inc. is proud to announce President Sandra Wiley and Director Arianna Campbell were recognized among the 2020 "25 Most Powerful Women Award" by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and CPA Practice Advisor magazine. This marks the ninth year for Sandra and the second year for Arianna receiving this honor.


According to the award sponsors, key characteristics of this year's winners include:

  • Being a driving force for innovation and excellence

  • Demonstrably contributing to the success of their own organization and the accounting profession as a whole

  • Providing guidance and leadership to contribute to the growth of the profession

Sandra, Arianna and the other 23 winners were announced at the Women's Global Leadership Summit online event on November 11. CPA Practice Advisor will also feature all of the winners in the magazine and on its site.

Sandra Wiley is one of the accounting profession’s top experts on human resources and training as well as management and strategic planning. As President of Boomer Consulting, Inc., Sandra hosts regional training sessions throughout the country and advises firms on building balanced teams, managing employee conflict and hiring staff.


Sandra is a sought-after resource among the best and brightest firms in the country and is regularly invited to speak at national conferences. Her latest book, The Engaged Employee: 10 Initiatives for Successful Firms was published by the AICPA in 2015. She is also a popular contributor to many online and print publications including Accounting Today, Accounting Web, ADP Thrive, the Journal of Accountancy’s Career Insider.


She is often called the “go-to person” for solutions to the profession’s staffing crisis, citing her wise advice on hiring – and keeping – employees for the rest of their careers. 



As a director at Boomer Consulting, Inc., Arianna helps accounting firms challenge the status quo by leading process improvement initiatives that increase profitability and client satisfaction. She also facilitates the development and cultivation of future firm leaders in the P3 Leadership Academy, helps accounting firm professionals deliver high-value services to their clients through the Certified Consultant Training program, and serves as co-director of the Boomer Lean Circle. Internally, she blends concepts from Lean Six Sigma and leadership development to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Arianna also enjoys the opportunity to share knowledge through regular contributions to the Boomer Bulletin and other accounting profession publications and speak at national conferences.

As the Marketing Manager for Boomer Consulting, Inc., Heather’s primary focus is on developing the firm’s marketing strategy and brand awareness to help drive business results. In addition, as a part of the Business Development team, she provides leadership and strategic planning on marketing and communication practices for the firm.
