
Sadie Pugh is the Client Service Coordinator at Boomer Consulting, Inc., where she is the connective thread running through every member touchpoint. From registration and meeting materials to coordinating Circle and community sessions from start to finish, Sadie ensures that Boomer’s members and clients have a seamless, well-organized experience every step of the way.
What Sadie finds most energizing about her role is the people. She thrives on the connections that form through Boomer’s Circles and communities, getting to know members personally, working across different teams and personalities, and being part of the moments where meaningful conversations and relationships take shape.
Before joining Boomer, Sadie built her professional foundation at Urban Outfitters, Inc., where she worked as a coordinator focused on quality and inventory control.

Sadie has a natural instinct for comprehensive organization and precise follow-through. She brings structure and order to complex logistics, designs systems that keep details from slipping through the cracks, and provides the kind of thorough, well-coordinated support that others can count on. Her drive to specify, systematize and stabilize makes her essential when consistent, high-quality execution matters.
Personal
Sadie is finishing her degree in Textile and Apparel Management at the University of Missouri, Columbia, where she grew up. She now calls Kansas City home. Outside of work, Sadie is an avid half-marathoner who loves being outdoors, cooking, and exploring new restaurants. She shares her adventures with Murphy, her Cavalier/Cocker Spaniel mix.
