Shelby Davis is the Solutions Administrative Coordinator at Boomer Consulting, where she supports the Solutions team with a combination of administrative and operational tasks. With a background in education science and experience in the banking industry, Shelby excels at bringing order to complex systems and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

A natural systematizer and detail-oriented communicator, Shelby manages membership renewals, CRM accuracy, sales coordination and cross-departmental communication. Her instinct for building efficient workflows and her dedication to follow-through make her a trusted partner to both internal teams and clients.

Originally from Orlando, Florida, Shelby now lives in Lansing, Kansas. Outside of work, she’s happiest curled up with a psychological thriller, hiking with her toy golden doodle, or spending time with family—especially when the fall leaves start to turn.
