Jenna spends a great amount of her time-saving everybody else’s time by designing systems for integrating information and coordinating calendars. Her time is well used when the policies and procedures she creates become standard operating procedures.

As the Financial and Accounting Manager for Boomer Consulting, Inc., Jenna does more than keep the books—she builds the financial infrastructure that empowers strategic decisions. Jenna partners closely with the leadership team to drive profitability, optimize budgeting processes and ensure spending aligns with real-time performance. She helps translate financial data into actionable insight, ensuring the organization remains agile and accountable.

Jenna also played a pivotal role in selecting and implementing key financial and HR tools to streamline systems and ensure transparency across operations. Most recently, she led the rollout of BCI’s Total Compensation initiative, helping employees see and appreciate the full value of their compensation and benefits.

Jenna owned a home health agency before joining Boomer Consulting, Inc. as a Solutions Advisor in 2018. This experience sharpened her business acumen and deepened her commitment to integrity and follow-through. She brings a business owner’s lens to her work, with a clear understanding of the pressures leadership teams face and a passion for creating environments where employees and clients thrive.

Jenna is a graduate of Fort Hays State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Outside work, you’ll often find Jenna reading a mystery novel or a personal growth book—Mel Robbins is a favorite—or spending time with friends and family.
