As the Marketing Manager for Boomer Consulting, Inc., Heather’s primary focus is on developing the firm’s marketing strategy and brand awareness to help drive business results. She manages and executes marketing and business development initiatives, with daily oversight of the website, social media, and thought leadership content. In addition, as a part of the Business Development team, she provides leadership and strategic planning on marketing and communication practices for the firm.
Before joining our team, Heather worked in Marketing and Exporting in the natural and organic food industry, providing strategic guidance in marketing including the management and content cultivation of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and Instagram), multimedia content for YouTube, and graphic projects.
Prior to that role, she worked in the education field as a Marketing Director for one of the nation’s leading beauty and wellness colleges. Heather has 15+ years experience in marketing and brand management in a variety of industries including, corporate, education and retail.
Heather Robinson creates solutions by gathering specifics and developing strategies. While not being afraid of change, she checks things out before trying to ensure the best result. Heather improves workflow by detecting discrepancies and adjusting the process. Visualizing the end result and creating a plan to achieve that result is where Heather thrives!
Heather is a very dependable individual who proves that hard work will take you to new heights. She consistently demonstrates flexibility when taking on and learning new tasks. She will bring a creative side to a new project, while still being focused to bring that project to completion. Overall, Heather is a very capable person who brings a wealth of knowledge to team environment.
Heather attended Kansas State University, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications. In college, she competed for the KSU Track and Field team and was a member, now an alumna, of Kappa Delta. She currently serves as Vice-President of the Great Plains Transportation Museum. Heather loves traveling, photography, craft beer, wineries, supporting local and throwing some big fist bumps to mother nature.
